The staff were both pleasant and polite. The location was marvellous, not too far away from La Plaza del Mercado de Santurce. There were a convenience store and convenience stores around the hotel.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

We liked the perfect location of the hotel and the simple decor of our room. Flat-screen TV, a writing table and a couch bed were available in our signature room. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. It was also close to the beach. Late check-out too.
